
| Learn A Little About - BRAD WILK - Drummer Rage Against the Machine & Audioslave Brad Wilk was born on September 5, 1968. Wilk's success as the drummer of Rage Against the Machine came from the failure of a different band called Lock Up. After the break up of the band Lock Up in 1989 remaining members Wilk and Tom Morello formed Rage Against the Machine with front man Zack de la Roca and Bassist Tom Commerford. Rage Against the Machine signed a record deal with Epic Records in 1992. That same year, the band released their self titled debut. They achieved a phenomenal amount of mainstream success and released three more studio albums. In 2000 Zack de la Roca quit the band and the remaining members formed the band Audioslave with front man Chris Cornell. Brad Wilk is a Type One Diabetic |
